Can I purchase items through Seaglass?
Yes. All items (Bags, shirts, sweatshirts, jackets) may be ordered through our
distributors. Catalogs are available. However, prices shown in these catalogs
do not reflect the separate embroidery charge.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum order of $25.
Can I get samples?
Samples are available. These must be paid for up front, in full.
A credit will be given to your account upon return of the items
and may be applied to your initial order.
What is your typical turnaround time?
On average, an order of 100 pieces will take 2-3 weeks after 50%
deposit is made as well as artwork approval. If you have specific
needs and time limits please let us know and we will do our best
to accommodate. Rush orders are available but will have a fee
included dependent on the time frame involved.
Will you ship my items to me?
Shipping charges are invoiced on an individual basis. Delivery
fee is based on USPS or UPS Ground shipping preferences. Local
pick up is available.
Do you have payment term options?
A 50% deposit is required on all purchases. We accept cash, checks,
money orders and all major credit cards. Net 30 terms are available
for established accounts.
What is your return policy?
There are no returns on customized/embroidered/printed items unless there is a defect in the manufacturing process. If you are concerned about size, you may request to try on apparel before it is embroidered or printed.
